  1.  Download the Word file (DOC) with formatting instructions.  Please use this file as a template to prepare your abstract.
  2. Convert your abstract to a PDF file.  If you have Adobe Acrobat (full version, not just the reader), you can print directly from Word to a PDF file.  If you do not have Adobe Acrobat, there are some alternatives:
  3. Proofread the PDF file to ensure that contents and format are correct.  Most likely you have a PDF viewer on your system.  If not, Acrobat Reader can be downloaded at no cost.

If you wish to avoid using the Microsoft Word template, we also have a PDF file with formatting instructions.

Abstract submission is now closed.  Keynote speakers who have not yet submitted an abstract are kindly requested to e-mail their PDF file to Ton van den Bogert (bogerta@ccf.org).
